Rachel Graham is a licensed massage therapist operating in Palm Beach County, FL, specializing in sports/medical and prenatal massage. A Florida native, she began her formal education in the healing arts in 2010 at Florida College of Natural Health in Pompano Beach (now Cortiva Institute). She quickly found that she had an innate ability, and digested multiple modalities from Craniosacral to Russian Sports to Shiatsu, and was recruited by an instructor to work under a chiropractor shortly before graduating. Six months into practicing, Rachel tore her ACL playing soccer, a sport that had already provided the guide to caring for injuries from a young age. Her healing journey through that particular injury produced a passion for preventative and restorative bodywork that still defines her approach today. She went on to travel and work in multiple states, gaining a clinical foundation working under chiropractors and acupuncturists while developing a distinct personal style. Upon returning to Florida in 2013, a traumatic event had inspired Rachel to seek out methods of repairing and healing the emotional and metaphysical bodies. Breath work, plant medicine ceremonies, and Usui Reiki attunements opened the door to understanding the anatomy of the soul and that healing energetic bodies is equally important and possible as addressing the physical. In 2016, Rachel accepted a position at the award winning Brush Creek Ranch and Magee Homestead in Saratoga, Wyoming where she stepped into adopting luxury spa practices and learning (and writing) elaborate protocols. From there she traveled down to Texas, exploring rabbit holes within the music scene of Austin, San Antonio and Houston, and emerging as an artist sharing the powerful medicine of sound. She has recently made the journey back to Palm Beach County with a fresh outlook on the importance of the general level of health within a community. In addition to providing unique and eclectic bodywork, she is writing and releasing new music, and exploring new ways to incorporate sound into her offerings.
