Ana Sa has been working in Wellness for over 20 years. After graduating in the year of 2000 with a Bachelor in Exercise and Science at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro, Ana immediately recognized the power of movement and physical activity for wellness. Shortly after, the science of Yoga awakened her interest. Yoga embraces the importance of a healthy body, mind and spirit. Over the past 12 years her own personal journey brought her even closer to the teachings and path of yoga.
After multiple trainings to deepen her knowledge as a yoga teacher, she quickly realized this was only the start for her, as she embraced yoga as not only as her personal practice, but as the foundation to her lifestyle as a whole.
Ana is a Quantum Healing Hypnosis and Beyond Quantum Healing Technique facilitator, and Reiki level 2 practitioner. She is passionate about building a community where mind like people are working towards the awakening of the human potential, raising consciousness through self realization.

Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®)
Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT®), involves inducing an individual into the Somnambulistic state of trance through visualization. A state which under ordinary circumstances is experienced only twice daily: the moment just before you become consciously awake and the moment just before you fall asleep. QHHT® technique access to past lives and performs instantaneous healings when appropriate.
Past Life Regression is the first component of QHHT® technique and involves the individual being regressed and guided through an appropriate past life from the first scene they first view, throughout the various periods of the life and eventually through to the death scene.
The Subconscious will select what past life to show the individual and they will be guided through it by the QHHT® practitioner conducting the session. The past life the Subconscious chooses to show an individual is always relevant to the current life the individual is living now and it is not uncommon for multiple Past Lives to be shown during a single session. The QHHT® practitioner will navigate an individual through a Past Life using a series of questions to help determine the time period and social setting of life.
The Subconscious has the ability to identify any physical problem it detects within the body to a QHHT® Practitioner and explain the causes for its presence, be it from the current life or a past life. The Subconscious is then asked if it is suitable for healing to occur, which, if it is, is done instantaneously with no medication, surgery or pain involved. Very often, simply understanding why a disease is present or why a particular emotion is being experienced is sufficient for it to be relieved and removed by the Subconscious.
Amazonian Flower Remedies
These are a collection of flower essences from the Brazilian rainforest. Through an individual consultation a specific remedy is formulated based on the intention of the client and the swing of the pendulum. In the words of Maria Alicia, co-director of Medicina Da Floresta who produces these essences: "Humans can seek support in all the forces of creation in order to reach their potential.
